Submit Application form and documents
  • - Please fill in the application form if office space meets your criteria.
  • - We will inform the amount of security deposit and other conditions.
  • - Please submit documents below for application process.
  • - Decide contract date and moving-in date.
  • - We ask you for an interview with the property owner before contract.

[ What you need to prepare at the time of application ]

  1. (1)Original copy of the application form (please fill in all and seal)
  2. (2)Company information (including description of business and share holders)
  3. (3)Financial statements for 3 years (including statement classified by account title)
  4. (4)If the company is newly established, recent trial balance and business plan
  5. (5)Copy of Guarantor's identity card (drivers license, passport, insurance card, etc)
  6. (6)Guarantor's personal history sheet (please ask for a format)
  7. (7)Guarantor's income certificate (tax payment certification, etc)

* If you prefer Share office or Booth office, please refer to each website .
* Contract for individuals requires different documents. Please contact us.

Credit review

We ask you for an interview and a documentary review.

Execution of contract and submission of documents.
  • - We will explain important items of the lease contract, which is based on Article 35 of the “Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act”. Please prepare necessary documents to execute the contract.
  • - Schedule a contract date and moving-in date.

[ What you need to prepare when executing the contract ]

  1. (1)Company's certificate of registered seal(issued within 3 months)
  2. (2)Company's certificate of full registry records(issued within 3 months)
  3. (3)Guarantor's certificate of registered seal(issued within 3 months)
  4. (4)Guarantor's certificate of residence(issued within 3 months)

Fire insurance and Liability insurance

Insurance is voluntary.

Payment

Please remit the invoice amount that includes security deposit and advance rent etc. Please complete this payment before the contract date.

Signing the contract

After signing the contract, we will explain the schedule of moving-in.

Moving-in

Please receive the security card. We will introduce the facilities inside the office.
